Ubicado en el centro. Fuimos caminando a todos lados. Y a dos pasos el metro. Desayuno abundante de dulce y salado. Muy bueno.
Qué no se podían ver canales de tv.

I went with a friend in the morning and we left the bags in the locker without any problem. hotel has a metro stop practically next to it, so we could move comfortably around the center all day (15min direct line to Sol) and return to the hotel in no time. We had asked for a room with two beds but when we arrived we were given a room with 4 beds (two singles together and two bunk beds), we assume that due to lack of demand that day. it seemed to us a detail to be thankful. room was large and spacious, with a sofa and television, large wardrobe, full-length mirror behind the door, bathroom was very clean. We also had to ask for an iron for the clothes and they lent it to us without any problem. staff is always very friendly.
We were cold at night because the sheets were very thin... then my friend discovered that there were blankets in the closet, but I slept badly, even though the bed was comfortable. Ah! and we couldn't find the number of the reception anywhere, so even though there was a phone in the room, we had to go down to ask for the iron. But I think these are minor details in the whole experience.

Good location - near restaurants and cafes. Proximity to a restaurant and bars...

The location was perfect, right by the Arguiles Metro Station. We enjoyed wandering through nearby parks and taking in the views, especially from the roof terrace-it seemed like our little secret escape after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the spacious rooms comfortably accommodated my large family and our friend.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly meal options.

Excellent service from the receptionists, friendly, attentive to any request, they provided maps, took the time to explain to us how to get to our places of interest and room was before the check in so they allowed us to enter earlier than planned. good location, close to the main road, subway station 200 meters away and several shops and food stores.
The elevator and extra bed. . . The quite small elevator, just for three people with suitcases, the extra bed (sofa bed) in a triple room, although we knew it would be, could offer a bed with the same conditions as the other two . When we arrived the hotel was under remodeling works, they should not do it in high season, when we arrived we could smell the building materials and workers in the same elevators of the guests, but well, everything is for the good of the hotel.

We visited the beautiful parks surrounding the area, perfect for chilling and enjoying nature. Gran Via was just around the corner, offering fine shows and good food. Great location, sizable room, and friendly staff made it all comfortable.
The front desk service wasn't very cute. I felt overlooked when I arrived with my suitcase and had to figure things out on my own. It left a bit of a sour taste, but overall, not a dealbreaker.

The hotel is very well located: it is very easy to access from the A-6 and, at the same time, it is easy to go to the center of Madrid since the Argueelles subway station (next to the hotel) allows you to easily reach all the tourist areas in a very short time. It is not too expensive for the prices of hotels in Madrid. The staff is friendly.
We had two problems during our stay (although the second was not the direct responsibility of the hotel):. we checked in we were given room 803, located on the top floor under some machines (I don't know if it had hot water or heating); in the room there was a rather intense buzzing sound that would have kept us awake. reception staff very kindly indicated that there was another room available (although it was slightly smaller). other mishap had to do with the parking lot they indicated: the hotel has a small parking lot (6 spaces), for the same price you can park at El Corte Inglés on Calle Princesa. To access the shopping centre car park they gave us a card at the hotel and, we took the vehicle out after paying for the stay and garage, voucher with a QR code. Our surprise was that in the garage of the Corte Inglés you can pay with the Via T device, so this was activated before showing the code on the reader. We are in the process of obtaining the return, we were surprised that no one told us to take out the Via T to avoid being charged twice for the parking. Anyway, reception staff (very kind again), tried to solve the problem again.
